FlowerEmpire.sg Pte Ltd. provides its services subject to the following terms, conditions, and provisions (the "Terms and Conditions"). By accessing, viewing, or using this website, you indicate that you understand these Terms and Conditions and accept them as the legal equivalent of a signed, written contract, binding you to these Terms and Conditions. FlowerEmpire.sg Pte Ltd. reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, effective immediately upon posting on our website.

At FlowerEmpire.sg Pte Ltd., we make every effort to ensure that you receive excellent service as much as possible. FlowerEmpire.sg Pte Ltd. is not responsible for:

  • Products delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the Customer.
  • Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the Customer.
  • Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the Customer.
  • Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.

 

Delivery Charge

We provide a free premium doorstep flower delivery in Singapore.

 

Delivery Policy

Our delivery service is available daily (Monday – Sunday), 10.00 am – 8.00 pm.

 

Same day delivery is available on selected bouquets only, other bouquet designs and sizes are available for pre-order (2 days).

The Same day delivery deadline is 1:00 pm: place your order before 1.00 pm - delivery will be made the same day 2.00 - 8.00 pm.

The next-day delivery deadline is 5.00 pm: place your order before 5.00 pm - delivery will be made the next day 10.00 am - 1.00 pm.

 

For Pre-order (min. 2 days in advance) you can choose your preferred time slot for delivery duringcheckout (10:00 – 13:00, 13:00 – 16:00, 16:00 – 20:00). Regretfully, we are unable to guarantee the specific delivery time (within the selected time slot), as it depends on the traffic and the itinerary of the courier.

Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five (5) days in advance.

To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. You acknowledge that requested delivery time is non-binding estimates only and that you have no claim against us for any delays or early deliveries.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with the accurate address on which the delivery is to be made. In case of any inappropriateness in the address, we cannot be held liable and hence will not be accountable for any kind of replacement or refund request.

In case of unsuccessful delivery through your fault (incorrect address / recipient is unavailable, etc.), the redelivery of goods will incur an additional $20 delivery fee to the purchaser.

In case the delivery does not reach you at all because of no fault of yours, we will provide replacement or compensation. You are not liable to claim anything else than the amount spent by you. We strongly encourage recipients to be at the delivery location to receive their package(s) as flowers that remain outside are more likely to have reduced quality and a shortened life.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We do not allow orders to be edited or cancelled after acceptance of the order or, if earlier, within two (2) days of the requested delivery date or within the five (5) days prior to Christmas, Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day, Father’s Day or Mother’s Day (because of our extremely high volume of orders during these times).

If the cancellation request is received last minute or after the order is delivered, no refund can be issued.

If the cancellation request is received in 48 hours and earlier of requested delivery date, a cancellation fee of 15% of the selling price is chargeable.

 

Refund Policy

Your purchase is final and nonrefundable. No product may be returned or refunded except damaged products. FlowerEmpire.sg Pte Ltd. will not issue refunds to any customer where the recipient, for whatever reason, will not accept the item or refuses delivery.

If you have any question as to the quality of the arrangement, or there are some damaged or lost goods, please contact us immediately at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and send a photo showing the damage / problem. We must be informed within 24 hours of the delivery. Flowers are perishable. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow proper care instructions. No refunds or replacements will be made for any order should the recipient or sender not notify us within 24 hours of the original delivery date.

If we are unable to provide you with a replacement of damaged or lost goods, we will refund you the entire order amount.

 

Substitution Policy

We do not make the same bouquets, but our florists always attempt to fulfill an order as closely as possible to what is pictured on our website.

The composition of the bouquet may vary at the discretion of the floral designer and depending on stock availability (or non-availability of some seasonal flowers), but it will be made in the same style and size as you ordered.

However, we guarantee that the quality of the replaced flowers will be same or superior to what is displayed on the website.

 

Flower care

It is important that the flowers to be cared correctly, otherwise we will not refund or exchange the flowers.

Keep flowers in a cool dry, avoid direct sunlight and drafts. Don’t forget to change the water timely and clean the vase to prevent bacterial growth. Failure to follow these guidelines can very likely reduce flowers quality and shorten its life.

All prices shown on the website are in Singapore dollars. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal payment.

 

Promotions

Please read the official rules that accompany each special offer, coupon, discount and contest that we may offer or conduct. Special offers, coupons, or discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Limit one promotion per order. Promotions are valid for a limited time only.

FlowerEmpire.sg Pte Ltd. reserves the right to modify, cancel, deactivate or delete any or all promotions at any time, for any reason at our sole discretion.
